These are not labor intensive businesses. The typical operation has one General Manager (who could be the owner), supported by a small team of rental and service agents.

  1. Rental agents rent the cars and sell add-ons.
  2. Service agents clean cars upon their return.

Both rental and service agents are typically hourly employees.
